This is beginners friendly class. You will practice basic asana (pose) such as Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutation), Warrior poses, Triangle pose, Down Dog etc. These poses are accessible for beginners.
You will know the Sanskrit names of the poses.
By practice poses with correct alignment, you will give your body various stimulations. By continuing even a little at a time, you will be able to feel a definite change. This class is recommended for the following people.
・Yoga beginners
・Want to check the yoga basic poses
・Want to exercise comfortably with a moderate amount of exercise
