This is an evening yoga class aimed at relaxing your mind and body. Since we mainly do stretching, this class is accessible for those who are not good at exercise and yoga beginners.
We will practice forward bending and lying asana (pose) mainly.
By moving your body moderately in the evening before going to bed, you can ensure deep sleep and improve the quality of your sleep.

Basic yoga class and Open class sometimes include challenging movements, but this Relax yoga class is for healing purposes and does not generally involve some movements that drain your physical strength.
