This is the class that does not have a specific level setting and is open to people of any level. You can participate if you are able or want to take it.
After Surya Namaskara (Sun Saltation) as warming up, you will take asana (poses) that focus on the hip joints, shoulder joints and spine to improve your physical functions.
The load of asanas will gradually increase towards the “target asana” set by the instructor each time. While effectively training muscle to support your own weight, you will gain the flexibility and sense of balance necessary to take each yoga asana without strain. Since the target asana is different each time, the types of asanas incorporated into the sequence will also change drastically. “Standing”, “Arm balance”, “Backbend”, “inversion”, “Sitting position”, each class will be conducted in a way that best suits the level of all the students gathered that day so that you can deepen these five categories of asanas in a balanced way.
There will never be a class with exactly the same content twice. It is a practice class created together by the students and the instructor. At the end of the class, let go of all tension in your body, enjoy your Savasana (Corpse pose).
